Table 6 Fatty acid composition of the experimental diets. The sources of all oils are given in Table 5. Values represent g FA/100 g total FA, following 3 determinations. The FUNG diet contained ca. 5% AA; the FISH diet contained ca. 5% DHA; and the FUNG+FISH diet contained ca. 5% of AA and 5% of DHA.
