Nearly all the molecules in M1 were related to TGF-β1 directly or indirectly. Molecules are represented as nodes, and the biological relationships between pairs of nodes are represented as lines. The intensity of the node color indicates the degree of upregulation (red) or downregulation (blue). The numbers below the nodes denote fold changes (log2 ratio) of normalized intensities during oxLDL treatment.
