From: Inflammatory stress exacerbates ectopic lipid deposition in C57BL/6J mice
Effects of chronic systemic inflammation on the mRNA expression of lipogenesis and lipolysis in liver, muscle and white adipose tissue of C57BL/6J mice . Mice fed with normal chow diet (NCD), NCD plus casein injection (NCD+Casein), high fat diet (HFD) and HFD plus casein injection (HFD+Casein) were culled 18 weeks after first injection. The mRNA expression was determined by real-time PCR, 18s rRNA served as the housekeeping gene.
