GSH reverses the apoptosis induced by LDLs in MIN6s. The MIN6 cells were exposed to the 100 μg/ml of LDLs alone or the combination of LDLs and 2 mM of reduced glutathione (LDLs/GSH) for 48 hours. The cell images were obtained with a phase-contrast microscope at 48 hours after the exposure. Bar, 25 μm (a).
