  1. LPS = Lipopolysaccharide; Trie = δ-Tocotrienol.
  2. 1The data in this Table represents the expression of a number of genes modulated by various treatments; macrophages were treated with LPS alone (10 ng/well), LPS (10 ng/well) + δ-tocotrienol (20 μM), or δ-tocotrienol (20 μM) alone as described in the experimental section. Total RNA was extracted from the treated cells and their gene expression profiles compared with the control (LPS), and untreated cells. The values here have been corrected for differences in the arrays. The gene expression values are reported as average normalization log ratios. A data set containing gene identifiers and their corresponding expression values were uploaded as an Excel spreadsheet using the template provided in Ingenuity Pathways Analysis Program. Similar conditions were used for data provided in Tables 8, 9, 10.
