The results are presented as means ± SEM of n = 6, *p < 0.05, different from C-T and C groups with insulin injection versus C-T and C groups with saline injection, #p < 0.05 different from DIO versus control groups, and $p < 0.05 different from DIO-T versus DIO groups.
