(B) and (C) Cell number increased dose and time dependently in the presence of PGE1 and PGE2. Data are from three independent experiments in triplicate. Statistical significance, * p < 0.05 vs control. These experiments were designed to determine the concentrations and times of incubation for each compound for the remainder of the study.
