TC, total cholesterol; TG, triglyceride; HDL-C, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol; LDL-C, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol; ApoA1, apolipoprotein A1; ApoB, apolipoprotein B; ApoA1/ApoB, the ratio of apolipoprotein A1 to apolipoprotein B. The association of genotypes and serum lipid parameters was tested by analysis of covariance (co-variables include sex, age, BMI, blood pressure, alcohol consumption, and cigarette smoking). The value of TG was presented as median (interquartile range), the difference between the genotypes was determined by the Wilcoxon-Mann–Whitney test.
