A. 50,000 EOC20 Microglia were plated in a 96 well plate containing Complete Medium plus 20% LADMAC Conditioned Medium. Cells were stimulated with 50μM DHA for 24 hours. After 24 hours, cells were stimulated with Poly I:C, 1mM Aspirin, or a combination of Poly I:C and Aspirin. At 24 hours post Poly I:C and/or Aspirin treatment, supernatants were collected; total incubation time was 48 hours. IL-6 ELISAs determined IL-6 secretion. Values were normalized to the untreated.
