  1. ApoM genotypes were set as categorical variables (homozygote with major allele = 0; heterozygote = 1; homozygote with minor allele = 2) model. Odds Ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI), as well as the P value, were calculated with adjustment for age, sex, BMI, history of smoking, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia by logistic regression.
