MiR-613 decreases LXRα expression at both mRNA and protein levels. A: HepG2 cells were transfected with 80 nM miR-613 mimic or mimic negative control (NC), after 24 hours total protein was subjected to Western blotting analysis and mRNA expression levels of LXRα were analyzed by real-time quantitative PCR and normalized with β-actin control.
