MitoK ATP decreases mitochondrial ROS generation in spleen mononuclear cells from HTG mice. HTG and WT cells (6 × 106 cells.ml-1) were added to HANKS medium pH 7.4 containing 10 μM DPI and 1 μM H2DCF-DA in the absence (control) or presence of 1 mM 5HD or 10 μM glibenclamide (GLYB) at 37°C. The results are expressed as means ± SEM, n = 9. *P < 0.01 vs. HTG under control conditions.
