The ingredients were blended on high speed with an electric mixer (Vitamix Model No. VM0111, VITA-MIX CORP., USA) until smooth (1 min, 37,000 rpm). Preparation of the juice mixture followed the guidelines from the “sanitary management of large scale cooking facilities manual.
