Effect of high glucose on CSE mRNA expression in mature 3T3-LI adipocytes. Differentiated 3T3-LI adipocytes were treated in normal glucose (NG, 5.5 mmol/L) or high glucose (HG, 25mmol/L) indicated periods. CSE mRNA expression was evaluated by real time RT-PCR. CSE mRNA level was normalized to GAPDH. Values were expressed as the ratios relative to control (NG). Results are shown as mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05, vs. NG; **P < 0.01, vs. NG.
