ABCG1 BAC Tg (Tg; n = 11) and wild-type mice (WT; n = 11) were assessed for differences in anxiety or locomotor activity using the Open Field Test (A, C, E, G) and the Elevated Plus Maze (B, D, F, H). Data from each test were analyzed to include measures of time spent in maze locations (A, B), mean speed (C, D) and distance (E, F) and time spent immobile (G, H) in the maze.
