  1. Data are mean ± SD. CET = cholesterol ester transfer. LAD = left anterior descending coronary artery, LCX = left circumflex coronary artery, RCA = right coronary artery. The high CET activity and low CET activity were defined as the upper and lower 50th percentile of CET activity levels at follow-up, respectively. Complex lesion was defined as lesion type B2 and C according to the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association grading system. Statistical differences of parameters between each group were analyzed by unpaired Student's t-test. * P < 0.05 and ** P < 0.01 vs. control group.
