  1. HAECs were supplemented with varying doses of lipid emulsions for 24 hours under standard tissue culture conditions. Cells were harvested and labeled with Annexin V FLUOS and propidium iodide as described in the methods. Results are expressed as the mean ± SD of three experiments. *Denotes statistical differences (p ≤ 0.05) within each cell classification compared to vehicle control.
