Effects of 1,25 (OH) 2D3 on the expression of hepatic NF-κ B and the related genes. The mRNA expression of hepatic NF-κ B and related genes were assessed. The relative mRNA levels were determined by quantitative RT-PCR and normalized to β-actin. Each gene expression was determined by the 2-ΔΔCt method. (A) The mRNA level of hepatic NF-κ B.
