Effects of different diets on rat liver steatosis and inflammation. Male SD rats were fed with normal chow diet, WD, or FOH for 16 weeks, and their liver tissue sections were stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E, A-F) staining and Oil-red staining(G-I) respectively, and hepatic cytokine expression of TNFα and IL-1β were examined by western blotting (J).
