Effect of TSA on the production of PGE2 induced in cells co-cultured using the contact method for 24 h (a) and in cells co-cultured using the transwell method for 24 h (b). The concentration of PGE2 in the co-culture medium was determined by ELISA. The concentration of PGE2 produced by non–co-cultured 3T3-L1 or RAW 264.7 cells served as the control.
