Time response of Sch B treatment on hepatocyte ultrastructure. Experimental details were described in Fig. 1. Mice were orally administered with Sch B (1 g/kg). Control (untreated) animals received the vehicle only. After 72 and 120 h, mice were sacrificed and liver tissues were removed and fixed in 2% glutaraldehyde Sorensen’s phosphate buffer.
