Ch IP-PCR assays with ER-α antibody. Chromatin from MCF-7 cells was immunoprecipitated with anti-ER-α or non-immune IgG (negative control). Input was total chromatin DNA as a positive control, which was analyzed by RT-PCR. The RT-PCR data are normalized to the amount of chromatin in the immunoprecipitated reaction. Data are represented as a ratio of the immunoprecipitated to input DNA
