The effect of DHA on A549 cells was reversed by NAC. Invasion and migration of A549 cells with or without 10 mM NAC (Fig. 5 a and c). NAC significantly reversed the effect of DHA (Fig. 5 b and d), p < 0.05. The expression of MMP9, HEF1, and VEGF was upregulated by NAC (Fig. 5 e). DHA-induced apoptosis of A549 was slightly reversed by NAC
