From: DbcAMP regulates adipogenesis in sheep inguinal preadipocytes
Effect of the dose of dbcAMP on the differentiation of sheep preadipocytes on Day2, Day4, Day6, Day8, Day10 and Day12. After cell differentiation induction, sheep preadipocytes were grown in proliferation medium containing 0 nmol/l (as a control), 1 nmol/l, 10 nmol/l, 1 × 102 nmol/l, 1 × 103 nmol/l, 1 × 104 nmol/l, 1 × 105 nmol/l, or 1 × 106 nmol/l dbcAMP for 12 days and the cell differentiation was determined by Oil Red O Cell Differentiation Assay every two days of the 12 days. Statistical differences reported are among doses. Values are means ± SEM; n = 4. Values with different letters are significantly different (P < 0.05)
