From: Overexpression of apolipoprotein A-I alleviates endoplasmic reticulum stress in hepatocytes
ApoA-I overexpression prevents ER stress in mice by TM challenge. Wild-type and apoA-I-Tg mice were challenge by TM through intraperitoneal injections. After 48 h of TM (1 mg/kg body weight) challenge, hepatic proteins were isolated and analysed for apoA-I (a), GRP78 (b), CHOP (c) and P-PERK (d) by Western blotting.
