  1. The tested were studied on lipase stability of O. intermedium strain MZV101 in optimal pH 10 and in optimal temperature 60 °C incubated for 4 h and same mentioned condition was used for biosurfactant O. intermedium strain MZV101 incubated for 24 h. Results were represented as mean ± S.D. and all tests are examined at least in triplicate independent experiments
