Evaluation of the relationships between lipid peroxydation, inflammatory response parameters, and Gensini score. The relationships between the levels of: a hs-CRP (in plasma), b IL-6 (in plasma), c MDA and d conjugated dienes in red blood cells (RBCs) (expressed as mean ± SD) and Gensini score was determined. The Spearman correlation test was used to evaluate the relationships between these parameters. A positive correlation was found in the group of CAD patients with vascular severity
