Serum lipids and cancer antigens in patients with early or late stage of colon cancer. Blood were collected from 90 patients with early stage of colon cancer and 110 patients with late stage of colon cancer. (a) Serum TC and HDL in blood samples were profiled on the Automatic Biochemical Analyzer machine. (b) Serum CEA and CA19–9 were quantified by ELISA. Data were presented as mean ± SD, and examined by student t-test. *P < 0.05
