Serum lipids and cancer antigens in colon cancer patients before and after surgery. Blood samples were harvested from 200 patients before and after complete mesocolic excision of colon cancer from patients. Serum TC (a), HDL (b), CEA (c) and CA19–9 (d) were analyzed on an Automatic Biochemical Analyzer (A and B) or quantified by ELISA (c and d).
