Effects of 50 μg·mL− 1 and 500 μg·mL− 1 of ethanolic Helianthus tuberosus L. tubers and leaves extracts on SOD-1 and Nox-4 expression in cultured keratinocytes cells following 24 h of exposure. mRNA expression was normalized to GADPH. The plot is presented in a log2 scale, thus positive values indicate overexpression while negative values indicate underexpression. The data are expressed as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments, each of which consisted of three replicates per treatment group
