Effect of EPA on EPA on PC3 (a) cell migration and (b) invasion. Double-chambered cell culture dishes with a transwell insert separating the two chambers were used to evaluate PC3 cell migration and invasion. Cells were seeded in the upper chamber, which was uncoated (migration) or coated (invasion) with Matrigel, while the lower chamber was filled with DMEM containing 10% FBS.
