Plasma concentrations of Aβ and apolipoprotein B. a The concentrations of Aβ1–40,42 in plasma of the mice fed with either low-fat control chow (LF), diet enriched in saturated fatty acids (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) or polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) were measured with commercially available ELISA kits. b The plasma levels of apolipoprotein B (apoB) were determined with gel electrophoresis and Western blot.
