Plasma concentrations of Aβ and apolipoprotein B. a The concentrations of Aβ1–40,42 in plasma of the mice fed with either low-fat control chow (LF), diet enriched in saturated fatty acids (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) or polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) were measured with commercially available ELISA kits. b The plasma levels of apolipoprotein B (apoB) were determined with gel electrophoresis and Western blot. Statistical significance was assessed with one-way ANOVA with Fisher’s LSD post-hoc test (n = 12, no significance detected at p < 0.05)
