(a) Plasma total EPA + total DHA, (b) total EPA and (c) total DHA for the OM3-CA 2 g/day (n = 6); OM3-CA 4 g/day (n = 6) and OM3-EE 4 g/day (n = 12) treatments. Blood samples were taken 1.5, 0.75 and 0.25 h before the first dose of study drug on day 0 (baseline). These values were then averaged and subtracted from each individual unadjusted concentration from 0 to 24 h to obtain baseline-adjusted values.
