Imiquimod induces cytokine mRNA expression in the back skin. Back skin shaved in CETP-Tg, PLTP-Tg, and WT mice was exposed to IMQ cream treatment. After extracting RNA from back skin, (A, B) IL-17A, (C, D) IL-17F, (E, F) IL-22, (G, H) IL-23p19, (I, J) IL-1β, (K, L) IL-6, and (M, N) IFN-α expression was measured through qRT–PCR. GAPDH mRNA was used as the normalization reference.
