Analysis of cardiac troponin, paraoxonase 1, interleukin -1β, pentraxin 3 and TNF- α in myocardial ischemia rats and their controls (n=20). All the tested parameters except for paraoxonase 1 have area under the curve (AUC) near 1 and appropriate levels of specificity and sensitivity.
