Statistical significance, *p = 0.0001, n = 8. (C) The nuclear incorporation of BrdU in the S-phase was measured after DAB staining and methyl green counterstaining. Statistical significance, *p < 0.0011, n = 4. Each experiment was repeated at least three times.
