The BLT and workload were calculated with a second-order polynomial curve using Microsoft Excel®. The vertical arrow estimates the workload, and the horizontal arrow estimates the blood lactate concentration. B. Peripheral lactate concentration during exercise with a constant overload, which was estimated by BLT using the minimum blood lactate test.
