  1. TC, total cholesterol; TG, triglycerides; HDL-C, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol; LDL-C, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol; ApoAI, Apo lipoprotein AI; ApoB, Apo lipoprotein B. The association of genotypes and serum lipid parameters was tested by analysis of covariance (co-variables include sex, age, body mass index, blood pressure, alcohol consumption, cigarette smoking and blood glucose). The value of TG was presented as median (interquartile range), and their difference among the genotypes was determined the Wilcoxon-Mann–Whitney test.
