Effect of palmitoleic acid (PA) and oleic acid (OA) at non-toxic concentration on human lymphocyte cytokine production. Cells were incubated with 25 and 50 μM of PA or OA in the presence or absence of ConA for 24 h. After, supernatant was collected and IL-2, IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, IL-4, IL-10, IL-6 and IL-17 concentration determined by Cytometric Bead Array.
