From: Overexpression of apolipoprotein A-I alleviates endoplasmic reticulum stress in hepatocytes
ApoA-I overexpression decreases the expression of m-SREBP1, FAS and ACC1 in mice by TM challenge. Wild-type and ApoA-I-Tg mice were challenge with TM through intraperitoneal injection. After 48 h of TM (1 mg/kg body weight) challenge, hepatic proteins were isolated and analysed for m-SREBP1(a), FAS (b) and p-ACC1/ACC1(c) by Western blotting.
