  1. Group I: fed on basal diet as a negative control group (NC). Group II: injected with DMN and fed on basal, used as a positive control group (PC). Group III: injected with DMN and fed on basal diet containing (ground apricot kernel)in amount of 0.5 mg/kg of body weigh/rat. Group IV: injected with DMN and fed on basal diet containing (ground apricot kernel) in amount of 1 mg/kg of body weigh/rat Group V: injected with DMN and fed on basal diet containing (ground apricot kernel) in amount of 1.5 mg/kg of body weigh/rat Values which don't share the same letter in each column are significantly different.
