  1. Influence of ions concentrations (10 mM each) on SPLA2 activity in the absence or presence of 1 mM Ca2+ was studied using PC emulsion as substrate at 40°C and pH8.5. The control represents 100% of PLA2 activity at 8 mM Ca2+ under the same condition. Values represent the mean of three replicates.
