  1. The estimates are based on a restricted dataset excluding participants with known raised cholesterol and/or triglyceride levels or on lipid lowering medication. The models are adjusted for age, sex and mutual adjustment for the intensity, duration, and frequency scores. Triglyceride levels were skewed and therefore log transformed in the model; the estimates are back transformed to obtain the GMR. GMR: Geometric Mean Ratio. TG: Triglycerides
