  1. HDL; high-density lipoprotein. LDL; low-density lipoprotein. Age, body mass index, serum HDL cholesterol levels, serum LDL cholesterol levels, serum triglyceride levels, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting plasma glucose levels are given as means ± S.D. For smoking status, coffee consumption, alcohol consumption, antihypertensive medication use, hypo-HDL cholesterolemia, hyper-LDL cholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia, P values were calculated by chi-squared test. All P values depict significance of differences between Mt5178C and Mt5178A.
