Panel A; shows the levels of plasma PCSK9 and panels B-E lipids (B; LDL cholesterol, C; Total Cholesterol, D; Triglyceride and E; HDL cholesterol) for these two groups. Differences between groups were determined by Mann Whitney test with level of significance as p < 0.05.
