Competition between the 132 bp fragment and two different competitors. Unlabelled competitor 78 bp fragment (-60/+18 region of the MFP-1) (lanes 2 to 4) or Sp1 (lanes 5 to 7) was added to the radiolabelled 132 bp DNA fragment (-114/+18 region of the MFP-1) and the rat liver nuclear extract. Lane 1 contains only a 132 bp radiolabelled fragment with the nuclear extract.
