The levels of proinflammatory cytokines in hfat-1 transgenic pigs. Total RNA was isolated from the blood monoyte of transgenic and wild-type pigs and qRT-PCR was performed. a-c MCP-1, IL-6 and TNF-α mRNA level in transgenic and wild-type pigs. Plasma was isolated from the blood of the transgenic and wild-type pigs and MCP-1, IL-6 and TNF-α concentration were analysed by Elisa. d-f MCP-1, IL-6 and TNF-α concentration in transgenic and wild-type pigs.
