Effect of palmitoleic acid on membrane integrity and phosphatidylserine externalization of lymphocytes. After treatment with 12.5 to 100 μM of PA for 24 h, lymphocytes were incubated with propidium iodide and Annexin V-FITC and analyzed by flow cytometry.
