Proliferation of Eca-109 cells and OE-19 cells after simvastatin or pravastatin treatment. OE-19 and Eca-109 cells were treated with 0.1% DMSO or different doses (15 μM, 30 μM, 45 μM, 60 μM and 75 μM) of Simvastatin (a) or pravastatin (b) for 24 and 48 h.
