Effect of 4-cholesten-3-one on the expression of Flotillin-2 and EGFR in membrane raft fractions. Membrane rafts were isolated from MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells as described in the Materials and Methods section. The membrane raft fractions were then collected, separated by SDS-PAGE and analyzed by western blot using anti-Flotillin-2 and anti-EGFR antibodies.
